My name is Willow H. Grimm. I am a personal consultant who specializes in Trauma recovery, currently residing in Virginia. Understanding trauma has been a passion of mine from a young age. Most of my life I have struggled with the debilitating symptoms of CPTSD. Part of me knew something was wrong and feared I would never gain happiness or fulfillment. While I had the resemblance of a healthy happy life, simple tasks often left me feeling confused, even hopeless. Once I discovered a book called The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk everything changed.
After years of wasted therapy, I finally had answers to questions... results when nothing had previously worked. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and started helping survivors find their own way out of the world of trauma. I have been coaching trauma survivors since 2017, only recently shifting to full time. My approach is to face the healing process with curiosity, compassion & clarity.

Re-Stabilization
A combination of breathwork, yoga, trauma release, grounding & self soothing techniques to calm the nervous system so that the individual is able to regain a sense of safety within the body.
